I am currently a Master's student at Tufts University in the Eliot-Pearson Department of Child Study and Human Development.

My professional goal is to use educational technology as a medium to bridge the gap between scientific research and its application in various environments in order to empower every learner to explore his/her educational potential.

A Bit About Me:

I am passionate about merging reading brain research with its applications using creative, interactive mediums. My areas of interest include:

  • The development of educational technology: the theoretical foundations and processes of developing educational technologies, games, and curricula; especially as they relate to literacy instruction.

  • The development of universal curricula that encourages creative expression and exploration for a diverse range of learners by integrating best practices and applying neuroscience research into curriculum development.

  • Professional development: offering teachers and educators training and support that strengthens their ability to educate and empower all learners.

  • I am interested in research that follows an agile model of development by using child and educator feedback to improve the development process. I thoroughly enjoy a collaborative, integrative, project-driven environment that subscribes to a motto of “fail fast, fail often” in order to encourage creative exploration, learning, and growth.
